江南，女，香港理工大学酒店与旅游业管理博士，开云官方网址 讲师。于2001年本科毕业于陕西师范大学外国语学院英语教育专业；2009年硕士毕业于澳大利亚昆士兰大学国际酒店管理专业。期间，一直在高校从事教学与研究工作。在科研方面，先后在国内外重要专业期刊及国际重要学术会议发表论文20余篇，其中，在国际顶尖款待服务管理研究期刊International Journal of Hospitality Management(SSCI一区)发表论文两篇。主持并参与广东省级课题和国家课题3项。于2023年9月作为国家留学基金委公派访问学者前往美国康涅狄格大学(Uconn)访学。
