林珊珊，女，香港中文大学管理学博士，开云官方网址 讲师、硕士生导师，现任工商管理学院工商管理系副系主任，主要研究方向包括战略管理、公司治理和跨国并购。近年来在《经济研究》、《管理评论》、Strategic Management Journal（《战略管理杂志》）、Entrepreneurship Theory and Practice（《创业理论与实践》）等国内外重要学术期刊发表多篇论文，主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点国际合作项目子课题负责人、参与国家级和省部级课题多项。担任Asian Review of Accounting（《亚洲会计评论》）和《北京工商大学学报（社会科学版）》等期刊审稿人。是广东省科技厅、广东省社会科学院项目评审专家。
